We ate lunch on a giant boat just off the coast of Hong Kong that had been turned into a permanently-anchored restaurant called the "Jumbo Floating Restaurant." Dim sum, mmmmm!

The Peddie School-EFZ Exchange Program
These two sister schools, Peddie School of Hightstown, New Jersey and EFZ of Shanghai, China, are embarking upon their first ever student exchange program in March of 2008. All members and friends of these two communities are invited to follow along and even respond online as these students work their way through this exciting process.
